This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Banana Prompt Gallery.

1. Subscription Payments

All subscription purchases (monthly and annual) are non-refundable once activated.

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Access continues until the end of your billing period.

2. Lifetime Plan

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and non-refundable after access is granted.

3. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you experience:

  • duplicate payments
  • incorrect billing
  • technical errors

We will review and resolve valid issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription:

  • stops future billing
  • keeps access active until expiry
  • does not trigger automatic refunds

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • payment was made accidentally
  • billing errors occurred
  • service was unavailable due to technical failure

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
